CANCELLATION POLICY

The Wig Medics Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Consultation fees are due at booking, non-refundable, and do not apply toward future services, custom unit purchases, or appointment balances.
